Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, specifications and colours are a realistic representation of the actual product. However, slight variations may occur in shape, size and colour due to the hand-made nature of the products.
To the best of our knowledge, all our jewellery is made using hypoallergenic materials and Betty Frank Jewellery accept no responsibility for any allergic reactions experienced when wearing any of our products. We are also unable to guarantee that all items are colour fast or that they will not discolour or fade.
While we aim to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the website, neither Betty Frank Jewellery nor any directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
All goods remain the property of Betty Frank Jewellery until full payment has been received. As we take great care to ensure goods are properly packaged before posting, we can not be held responsible for any damage to goods once they have left us.
